I understand that a $100 deposit is required to book the trip and that the entire amount must be paid in full before the bus departs.

I understand that once the deposit is paid, cancellations must be made via text to (440) 207-0771 no less than 48 hours prior to the pick up date and time in order to receive a refund. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

I understand that Synergy Transportation recommends 10 passengers or less in the cabin of the bus, in accordance with CDC guidelines for COVID safety. No more than 15 passengers allowed.

I understand that each passenger will be subject to a touchless temperature check before boading the bus. No one with a temperature of 100.4 or above will be allowed to ride.

I understand that the bus driver is instructed to terminate the trip if passengers exhibit and refuse to cease any dangerous behaviors or illegal activities.
